PGM Tomb of Dracula 1 and 10

Please forgive me. I'm new to the board making a return to the world of comics. Still working on my grading skills. Picked these up pretty cheap what are your thoughts. You guys know much more than me. Any specific issues you can point out with the books would be helpful as I am trying to learn. Both have very nice white pages, but the way I understand it that is just an aside to the actual grade.

Edit: Yeah I'd say 6.5 and 8.0 is about right.
