He was shot to death before he needed to appear in court. I'll leave it up for debate on his guilt or innocence.

 

Looks like he had a lot more going on than just the original charges. If they didn't take his car I would think it was a hit. It looks like a robbery, but usually during a robbery the perps just want the car/money. I've seen perps shoot the vic in the leg sometimes just for the hell of it, but hardly every kill them. Since he was in a park they could be 100 miles away before the police were notified. Something doesn't smell right with this.
