DISCLOSURE: I stole pirate's scan of the book.

 

I have about a dozen very nice 9.6+ copies. $7 for priority box shipping in the USA, or $4 for priority envelope if you want :eek: (up to four in an envelope). $10 each. They have Marvel, DC and Image characters on them so everyone who is anal about not getting DC characters on marvel sketch covers - Here you go!!!!
