X-Men #29. It should have been the Herculoids on the cover instead of Adaptoid. The villain is so lame he is even given Prof. Xavier a headache. Tanning around the inside perimeter. I'll say 4.0

I used to love the Herculoids. Unfortunately whenever I mention them no one knows who they are.
