Ppl are reluctant to sell their early Harvey files b/c they are too low in Ostreet & don't want to appear greedy by listing them with a hi-reserve on eBay. Then again raw Richie Rich #1's seem to be selling at double condition guide in all grades now.

By the way, IMO one of the most undervalued are the superman war covers. Compared to the early campy covers there is just no comparison.

 

Glad to hear someone agrees with me on that one. Superman war covers are the main focus of my collection.
