Sorry if this has been asked before but does CGC label if the cover is detached (if the book is under a 2.5)?

 

Also if i have a book that will grade between a 1.8-2.5 and 1 staple is popped will they write that on the label? I always thought that those defects were acceptable within those grades but wasnt sure how CGC determines it.

 

Again sorry if this has been done before i just wasnt sure what they write on the labels anymore thanks.
