Kirby X-Men pages?

Obviously there is a lot of differentiation in price because of action, historical importance, characters, splash, etc., but I was wondering if anyone had any links or insight into prices on sales of Kirby X-Men pages?

Just check Heritage previous auctions, there have been plenty of Kirby X-Men pages price realized there. Please bare mind that only X-men 1-11 are full Kirby pencils.

Super Tom... here's some pricing for pages from X-MEN #1 by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby sold via Heritage Auctions in the recent past...

Relatively speaking, being a #1 and 1st appearance issue, these pages don't, haven't or hadn't commended the prices for other Jack Kirby Marvel Super-Hero work such as silver age Journey Into Mystery (Thor), Avengers, Fantastic Four, etc. - maybe because the rendering and inking isn't up to typical Kirby standards, but still - I'd think pages would be worth a minimum of $50k given the history.

 

I think I've seen Issue #9 (Avengers crossover) broken up and sold within the last 5 years or so ago as well.
