All my favorite actors from the Airplane Movie have passed. Will miss them all. The one thing I love about Airplane was that Hollywood put serious actors in this comedy. Lloyd Bridges, Robert Stack, Peter Graves, and the great Leslie Nielsen. Thats what made the movie so good. Seeing all these serious actors doing comedy. Hollywood doesn't take chances like that anymore.

 

My favorite Leslie scene comes from the TV series Police Squad. He's behind a trash can firing his gun at a criminal. Gets out a load speaker and tells the guy to give himself up. All the while the guy is on the other side of the trash can yelling; "No way copper!" Talk about a good show that got cancelled way to soon.
