NOBODY could draw battle fatigue like Kubert. Rock is not processing anything at this moment. I've never seen anything in comics before or since that captured the way I imagine shell-shock. Unbelievable cover every step of the way.

Back to the superhero genre. I'm always biased in favor of Kubert, but this is my favorite superhero cover of all time. Got a lot going for it.

Early B&Bs are some of the coolest comics ever. Love 'em. Thanks for creating this thread. Kubert and Heath are at the heart of 75% of what I collect.
