  1. The Lithuanian kids' summer camp which I mentioned was actually only ten miles or so west of London! But I have now visited Lithuania seven times - in 1987, 1994, 1997, 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2014.
  2. I'm not from the United Kingdom. I was born and raised in London, Ontario (home of O-Pee-Chee) and I'm now in Toronto.
  3. So it was sixteen years ago this weekend that Cowboy first appeared at our back door. The vet told us a few weeks later that Cowboy was about three to four years old. So he's now at least nineteen years old! He says he's just entering his prime and he has lots of good years ahead! Here are some shots of Cowboy over the years:
  4. Probably my favourite Bangles clip: And that's a 49 year old Susanna Hoffs!
  5. Yes. These three Atom episodes appeared on the Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure which was televised in 1967-68 (from Wikipedia): The Atom "Invasion of the Beetle-Men" - Alien insects land outside a nuclear plant to destroy the station. "The Plant Master" - A criminal scientist gives life to plants for malevolent purposes. "The House of Doom" - A scientist teams with an alien warlord.
  6. Here's the Aquaman thread:
  7. Four more of my Atom comics:
  8. I agree! We're not part of the unwashed masses. We are the few, the proud!
  9. Now there's a comic for the real enthusiast!
  10. We need a ruling from the thread starter on this important question.
  11. Wise! I had to modify my 'Kitty" and "Redhead" threads before they were allowed on the board.
  12. Huh?! First? I still clearly recall seeing a Fantastic Four movie back in 2005.
  13. The #106 may very well be the single toughest Flash issue to find.
  14. Here's another one not often posted: 22
  15. I still regularly use the Overstreet Price Guide as an info source. That's always what I most liked about Overstreet. Its function as a price guide wasn't that important to me. Moreover I like Overstreet's definitions of "rare", "scarce" and what constitutes restoration. And I love the ads! Many are very well done indeed. It's way too big for me these days though. I'd like it better if it did not include any title that got its start after 1990 or so.
  16. That sounds like the Dell Giants pre-late 1962: They had covers of thin cardboard.
  17. My Professor Zoom covers:
  18. Here are four more of my Atom comics:
  19. Here are a couple of my Cheerios Br'er Rabbit comic booklets:
  20. Space Adventures with Captain Atom are really tough to find in high grade. I have only these two and they're consequentally my most prized Steve Ditko covers: But of course I'd like to fill out the run of these Captain Atom Space Adventures!
