I arbitrarily went back to Sep 2003. First number was my result. Second number is the GPA as of this afternoon. Then a percentage I realized in my auction. For the books that had not been seen in the last seven months there's a zero in the GPA line...

Most of the better books had not been offered in the last seven months. The DD 164 number is a little deceiving because the 102.50 result was well below all previous sales, but was the only sale in the last 7 months. My result is a little under the lifetime average for the book. The Spidey 312 number seems high, but prices on that book are all over the map. There were sales of 177 and 43 just in the last 7 months...

 

Thanks again to all who bid. Most who "overpaid" on a book also "underpaid" on another so it works out in the end.

GPA Total: $1631.58

My Total: $1756.72

 

That's a result of 7.67% over the GPA average...

 

And to think, I turned down gman's offer of $300 for DD 159, 160, 161, 162, 163 and 166...

There still aren't many 162s on the census, and it wouldn't surprise me if that book wasn't as well cared for by a lot of collectors who didn't see it as important... It went for more than I expected, but not enough to really surprise me.

the last 162 went pretty high too if memory serves... and I offered mine to that underbidder. For $200 take my 9.6 too

bought and sold a sweet HOS 92 9.6, but no raw DC Greggy-Worthy material sorry to say. Sounds like you might want to send JE a want list they way he's been digging up DC's

Sending JE a want list is a good idea. I sent him a list of about 4 books I've had a hard time finding and he found them.. given, a couple of them were priced WAY high but still.. he found them
