Interesting colors on that Weird Science #15 (#4), Dale. I've never seen one that color before. It doesn't look faded at all, it just looks like it was printed that way. On the right is my former copy which has the same basic colors as all other copies I've seen, as well as your "A" copy above.

 

Maybe this copy is a rare "brown" variant.
