Think most of you are being too tough on this book. Looks like an easy 8.0 as is with an 8.5/9.0 upside with a press. The back cover doesn't look dirty enough to warrant a CGC grade drop to me. I've seen much worse get a higher grade. Nice book! (thumbs u
I graded off the first scan, but no way is that a possible 9.0. The corners are perfectly round
