So what *didn't* you find in 2010?

Three 35 cent price variants.

- one that I had once, but traded years ago thinking I could find another

- one that I did not bid on on ebay a couple years back that was won by Canickus

- one that "I" have never seen for sale anywhere, ever.

One black circle variant - Love Romances 97

Seven 30 cent price variants for a little side project I have been messing with.

VF/NM (8.5) copies of:

Daredevil #16

Detective #422

Fantastic Four #66

Green Lantern #13, 24, 45, 49

Hulk #141, 161

Justice League #75, 102

Tales of Suspense #79

Thor #159, 160

World's Finest #206, 216

Some of these are easily explained as rare, like Daredevil #16 (Spider-Man cross-over, first John Romita Spider-Man), while others are very unremarkable issues that just never seem to be found in comic stores, or on eBay.

Mystery In Space #60

Strange Tales #134

Fantastic Four #25

.....good luck on the MIS 60 if you're looking for 9.0 or better. GOD BLESS....

Yeah, considering a lone 8.0 and a single 7.5 top the CGC census. It's part of what makes the Adam Strange MIS run so fun to collect (along with the fabulous Infantino art and cool sci-fi stories, of course).

A high grade Strange Tales #111 could be added to my wish list.

If all that awesome purple on MIS 60 were to exist in HG, it would probably generate a time warp or something.....we're probably better off. GOD BLESS...

I missed finishing the Cap (1968) run.

Couldn't get #s 137 and 138 all year..Pretty pathetic, no?

I tried to help you out with those two, but we didn't click. I have these three. The first one is a lower grade than you might like. It has a subscription crease and a finger rub on the top edge (see the scan). The 138's are VF-ish. Maybe one better.

a reasonably priced fables 1 and the darwyn cooke book

I actually got curious after reading this post, and decided to check out how much Fables #1 was going for, these days. Needless to say, I had no idea it had gotten so expensive. :o

(Not that I would ever consider selling my copy, though :P )

And why is it that Jean's cover is so much pricier than Maleev's? (shrug)
