Just a general question about the 40th Overstreet Hero limited edition

I am curious if there is still demand for this book. I found some copies and didn't buy them as I wasn't sure if they could be flipped easily at this point. I checked eBay and none are available so I figured I would ask here.

Bought cheap and sold cheap at a profit, maybe.
