Has anyone here brought the brightest day hardcover ?.

I got one in from amazon but it was not sealed like my other books ... I'm just wondering if this is the way they all come or mine was opened for some reason ...

I bought mine from my LCS the day it came out and it's still sealed today. Does anyone know why brightest day is so long??
