Ok, I know we shouldn't laugh at people's sad auctions (I have my share of stupid ones), but this is just outrageous.

 

Superman 75 CGC 5.5!

 

How did this comic ever get to CGC? Was it some poor coin guy who had some extra grading coupons and found this comic in a pile of dirt somewhere? I have no other explanation. It's not even worth the opening bid!

Actually I will buy almost any CGC book under 8.0 that I can get for less than $10. As I mentioned in a thread a couple months ago I have several customers looking for sets of sample grades. And it's much harder to find cheap CGC books under 7.0...
