Is anyone else having a problem getting in to buy tickets?

 

Also, I want to buy two different types of tickets and I can't seem to do it on one order!

 

I keep getting this:

 

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error

Due to the massive surge of hits, the system has crashed and we are working on getting this fixed asap! We're as upset by this as you are.

I made it through to the page where it asks you how many tickets you want and what is your Rogers Wireless number but then it gets a system error page after that with all this computer -script.

Okay, it seems I do need to be a Rogers wireless member to actually buy a ticket. What happened to the ticket express option?

The Rogers Wireless page seems to have worked.

Premium pass to be sent to my phone via text and my phone (and the barcode in the text) is my ticket!

 

I do the same things for UltraAVX movies at Cineplex... no more printing... just bar codes.

Yup! I got my premium ticket on Rogers Wireless too!!

So if a person doesn't have Rogers wireless they cannot get a premium pass?

We are nowhere near being sold out of Premium passes at this time. The Ticket Express site crashed and was down, and we hope to have it back online soon.

I haven't had an update from the office since about 1:30 am, but at the time they were exceptional.
