Thanks for the info. Maybe I will b-line right to him to start the show. As someone who collects what do you find is best medium for display or is it typically done the same way every time (meaning on their paper). Sadly there has not been an alpha flight blank cover variant that I know of to bring.

 

Personally, I bring 9x12 Strathmore Bristol boards, for artists to sketch on. For the most part, I keep the pieces in portfolios. Some, I do have displayed on my wall.

 

It's also just a little bigger than a standard piece of paper (8.5x11), so artists don't normally charge extra for it being a little bigger. Some may charge more when you go with the 11x14 or bigger, size paper.

 

I believe Dale usually has 8.5x11 Bristol boards, or something around that size. I think he also charges more, if you go bigger, since his prices are usually for the smaller paper.

Great cover! Even if the geography is a little wonky. Among other things, to get that view of Rogers Centre, you'd have to be out in the middle of the lake.

 

Yah this cover's Toronto mashup kinda bugged me as well. And the fact the Dome looks like it is plopped on top of some of those buildings does not help it much... Cool to have Spidey swing through our town but man get it right... About the only thing missing is an Igloo lol

Roy, is this your first time actually setting up?

 

I've shared a booth in the past. San Diego will be my first show, WW Chicago my second and this will be my 3rd show, simply because of the time line of the 3 shows.

Sorry Sanj, maybe at another venue. After being denied access back into the show last year, and the entry problems 2 years ago, I swore they would not get another cent from me. I'm a man of my word. Even when you complained their " I don't give a s**t attitude" was icing on the cake.
