Does he do any SS signings anymore?

Gaiman's appearances are pretty much limited to book store signings & fantasy/literature conventions these days, so the chances of him being anywhere near a CGC witness are very slim.

 

Where's Neil?

To the best of my knowledge, Neil has never participated in a private SS signing. All recent SS books that were signed by Neil had been from a convention that Neil attended with CGC or a CAW's present.

 

Prior to the new CGC rules and regulations, contract witnesses had been able to obtain Neil's signature from book signings and other similar events.

 

Neil's website has a section where it indicates his next appearance: Where's Neil?

 

With this information you could see if either CGC will be present or if you could get a CAW to attend and witness your books being signed.

Technically, it was November 2008, at the Vegas Valley Book Festival. Gaiman has done special signings at the end of his events in front of a CGC witness, to benefit the CBLDF. Currently, nothing is scheduled this year, but that may change before 2012 arrives.
