faint crease in top right corner is very limiting, 6-6.5

I don't disagree with your grade, just your reasoning. If this were a very sharp book, the light crease to the URFC would not keep it from a 7.5, or perhaps even an 8.0 if there were nothing else at all wrong with the book. The 6.0 grade here, comes not from the number or severity of the defects, but rather the overall softness and general wear to the book. A FN by definition.

looks awesome for a 40 year old book. My initial thoughts were for a grade of...

 

7.0 f/vf

 

the corners have slight blunting, I suspect that even the ULHC is not as soft as the scan would suggest. Perhaps it's just the inks have flaked off. Even with the crease in the URHC, I still see this as a 7, perhaps a weak 7 or even a generous 7.
