Please help me with Action Comics 252!

Hello folks!

Here are some pictures of my Action 252 copy. It is quite beaten up.

 

Spine split 1/2 inch on top,

1 3/4 spine split on bottom and the split goes through all the pages.

Centerfold is off the bottom staple.

Some water stains, many creases, tears and scratches.

Heavy spine stress.

What is your grade?
