Spider-man covers like this one DO NOT come up for sale very often. I've owned quite a few Romita covers. THIS ONE is not only a great classic cover with an exceptional image of Spider-Man in action--it's also got a classic villain and the condition of this cover is PRISTINE! There is no white out on this cover. And no paste ups either. It's all original and clean! I can't tell you how rare it is to find a classic cover like this one from 1969 in this kind of condition. This 42 year old cover is one of the BEST of the best!

 

Price is very reasonable for a cover of this caliber -- $42,500.
