PGM BATMAN #176 80 PAGES JOKER!!

So I got this from a VERY reputable ebay dealer and am wondering what you would grade it.

It has an indentation along the top and one at the bottom. That is a crease and not a tear

at mid spine. And that is a tape pull top center of back cover. OW pages.

It is not a tear but an indentation or like a gouge.

Is it OK to just post it on here or through PM? If someone doesn't think it's kosher let me know and I will remove this. I got it from jscomics. I also got a Batman #102 in the same shipment that had 1/3 of a page cutout with no mention of it in the auction. Bummer.....

Send them back and get a refund. I've noticed some of their books appear to be slightly overgraded.

+1. Hopefully they'll work with you though. In fairness, I could see missing the tape pull (didn't notice it myself until you pointed it out).

I had a Batman #145 from this seller that turned out to have a tape repair along the spine not mentioned in the listing and invisible in the photo. I returned the comic and received a full refund.
