Looks 9.2 as long as there is not any tears on the lower back cover.

Thanks for the feedback. The spot on the lower rear cover is a tiny lump, but no apparent tear. I last purchased comics back in the 70's, so just trying to get the hang of the current grading system and figuring out what's worth submitting to CGC. Then work up the nerve to ship some to them.
