Please grade my Daredevil #2

Yet again folks, you thoughts and grades on...

I know they, so far, have all been low grade but, I'd really appreciate knowing what you guys think.

I'd go a 4.5 on it myself.....maybe a 5.0

Would be 4.5 if staples weren't rusty, and bottom one looks ready to pop. Acceptable 4.0, but safely a 3.5
