PGM: Giant-Sized X-men 1 (2nd Copy)

This is the one I never read, just stored. One tiny flaw on lower right of front cover that I'm not sure what it is: smooth to the touch. Page color similar to first copy, maybe a touch lighter.

Do submissions to CGC have to be precise on estimated fair market value?

9.2?

super nice..easy 9.2 with more potential.

you can put $1 on the value and CGC will adjust it to FMV using GPA...I think

I don't worry much about what I put down for values in my submission forms

No, they are an estimate.

and,

Yes, 9.2 is a good guess.

Btw, there is nothing better than getting a call from CGC telling you they are going to charge you a higher grading fee than you paid, because the book's FMV is much higher than you estimated. :whee:

On occasion, CGC will adjust the FMV of a submitted book upon inspection to charge the appropriate grading tier fee.

You should however, put down your best estimates of the FMVs of submitted books, as that is the value used for insurance on the package returned to you (subject to minimums, of course.)
