Which comics in the guide are undervalued?

. . .

Some of the late 40's/early 50's end of the Golden Age DC books are also hard to come by - especially Flash #90-104. . .

I have been actively monitoring this run for over a year now. I'm still short 5 books (2.0-5.0 range).

Why is this era of the title tough . . . quality of stories and art evolves. For instance, Flash breaks the time bearer for the first time, super-villains, Black Canary.

Kanigher and Schwartz started to become more involved/have more freedom? They are proto-Silver Age style stories.

Regarding the More Fun 31, Detective 15, and New Adventure 26 and the ad showing

the cover of Action 1. Several comments about the pricing mention New Adventure 26

as being the only one especially priced out.

As many of you know, the reason (and the ONLY reason) for NA 26 getting special

treatment is that it was the very last issue Ian needed to complete his DC collection.

If he had kept this quiet and when he announced that "the collection is complete" had

stated that the last 10 issues he got were ... so that no one would know exactly which

issue was the last one on his list, then NA 26 would have remained priced the same

as the surrounding issues.

The Action 1 ad is almost totally insignificant to the pricing of this issue. Since the

MF 31 is claimed to be the first of the 3, it should be the only one with extra interest.

(Except for those who cannot afford to get a single page of Action 1 and use these

three books as a substitute.)

OK, how do we know MF 31 is the first printed ad? All three books mentioned have the same May 1938 cover date.
