Grades in 30

 

 

I said shoot it...not call a time out and start drinking.

 

I think there is something in the NCAA rule book against that. :sumo:

 

I did drink a bit.....still survived the round

Yep - looks that way. I was so busy looking at the edges and corners of that JIM 118 I totally missed the honking big corner creases. doh!

 

Didn't exactly slam dunk the others either...

Journey into Mystery #109 OW 6.0

Journey into Mystery #118 C-OW 6.5

Thor #132 OW-W 8.5

Ok,

 

Here's my grades..

 

think I might be undergrading by CGC standards but .....

 

JIM 58 5.5

 

 

JIM 109 6.5 .....tempted to go 7.0, but all that heavy creasing at the top staple, could be pressed :hm

 

 

JIM 118... 5.5 bottom right corner crease throws this one out...cgc might say 6.0 but I'd be ticked buying it that way.

 

 

Thor 132 9.0, thought 9.2 as the spine is so nice, but that rought bottom corner makes me thinkg not a NM-......

 

My pre-grades were

 

5.5-6.0

6.0-7.0

5.0-6.5

8.5-9.2

Me too. Didn't even notice the giant lower right corner crease. Comicdey pointed it out to me when we were comparing scores after submitting. I overgraded 3 books when I almost always miss under. Good luck Comicdey! Bring it home for the North West. :applause:

Looking at these two sets of stats, Bryan91 and AJD would have taken each other out of the tournament in alternating rounds meh

 

(4) Bryan91 45 + 85 + 60 + 30 = 220 20W & 2L & 1T

 

(2) AJD bye + 60 + 90 + 30 = 180+bye 26W & 4L & 1T
