Flash Fans - Need some advice

My brother is starting to get into reading Flash comics. He's not a hardcore comic collector, but he loves good cover art.

 

His birthday is coming up and I was thinking of getting him a high graded issue with a sweet cover, but I'm not a big Flash guy so I don't know where to start. Any Flash fans have any suggestions? It doesn't need to be a key and age is irrelevant.

Yes, a little expensive, but a real "game changer" (I loathe the expression).

 

However, the first Silver Age/Golden Age crossover, setting up Earths 1 through infinity in the DC universe, that erupts into all of the Crisis stuff and beyond.

 

This book is also a great read. Just magic.

Flash 174 - My LCS had a copy that I purchased and returned because of a bad color touch. I love this cover and still want a copy.
