colour breaking staple crease makes it a solid 8.5, maybe a 9.0 from your scan. edited due to larger scan: book grades FN+ 6.5.

7.5......looks like all four corners are blunted and I'm not sure how CGC grades those British price stamps.....

 

A bigger scan would help.....

The ULC hurts it, also I cant tell if thats a small crease over Spideys belt.

Should grade around a 8.0.

with the larger scan it looks like a 6.0, maybe 6.5

A larger scan would help - right now I'm seeing corner blunting, small CBC in URC, big CBC in ULC, small CBCs along spine, with perhaps some spine roll, pence price stamp, soiling in price box, small CBC on Spidrman's waist, barring additional flaws my guess is 6.5 tops.

 

Intermittent spine crease now visible. Safe 5.0 - If nice pages 5.5.

Oops, after seeing it with a larger scan VG/VG+

I would say 4.5. I don't know how much (if any) to downgrade for the stamp.

Based on front cover only, 5.5-6.0, assuming that back cover and interior of book do not have any defects inconsistent with those grades.

Stamp doesn't hurt the grade IMO.
