PGM: Amazing Spider-man #33

I've owned this book a long time.

 

The main issue I'd like opinions on is the placement (or rather the RE-placement) of the staples, which used to be offset rather badly to the back, but now sit precisely on the spine. They are shiny staples, which were inserted cleanly. I rather suspect they aren't original staples, however there is no hint of any foxing, or staining in this book, so I don't think the original staples were rusty. They were just moved (and possibly) replaced with newer ones.

 

The front top edge actually looks better than it does in the scan. Nothing missing off the top edge, except there's micro tear above the comics code authority stamp.

 

Would CGC call this restored, on the basis of the staples not being the original ones?
