My only concerns would be when looking at the front cover, the top-right and bottom-right corners aren't square. More so the top one, but maybe it's the picture? Given the corners aren't completely square, 9.4. If it's a bad picture and they are square, I'd roll the dice and submit it and do my 9.8 rain dance.

This one is hard to judge from a scan, because there could be NCBC's or even CBC's that you can't see. I'm with Jerome on the corners as well. Judging from what I see, I'd say 9.2/9.4, but it could very well be much much nicer in hand.
