Anyone want to play guess the grade? PGX to CGC subs.

I'm getting around to subbing the few PGX slabs I have acquired. Always a nerve-wracking considering you never know what you're going to get. So I cracked these out their PGX case for submission. For full disclosure, Joeypost pressed them before going to CGC. I'm going to put them all in this one thread instead hogging space. So what do you think. Below is the front and back in the PGX slab. If this is not proper to show the PGX slab in this forum, please let me know and I'll delete it. I will post the CGC slab pic in a few days.

Call me crazy but those grades look pretty close on to me. I could see the Americas best coming back a 6.0-6.5 but other than that they look ok to me.

The Dark Mansion of Forbidden Love looks like a 9.0 to me. Certain flaws, like the bindery crease, may be forgiven by CGC.
