What are the price ranges on these books in 8.0-9.4 condition. I can't remember what book the first swamp thing is in, so could someone tell me that also. By the way I mean Conan The barbarian #1. Any help is appreciated!

Board members come through once again! Can anyone tell me how rare or common these books are in 8.0-9.4 range? There are a couple nice copies at the LCS here but I think all the smoke has got to the guys head, and I don't trust my grading enough to spend what he is asking. Is it just Northern Colorado, or does anyone else get scruntinized for looking for high grade books? lots of people around here not liking CGC all that much. I think it is because all they have is JUNK!

Conan 1 has 345 copies in that range on the CGC census with 36 higher graded copies.

 

House of Secrets 92 has 121 copies in that range on the census with 6 higher graded copies.

Neither of these books are rare in those ranges. HOS 92 is a bit harder to find at the high end of that spectrum but can be had if you're willing to pay the $$$.
