Maybe it's the small scan, but all I can see are a small spine tick and a couple of Marvel tears. I'd think higher than 8.0.

From what the scan seems to indicate, just a number of very small collected defects.

 

The front cover looks a tiny bit frayed on the right (guess ), so I'd say a choice example of an 8.0.
