Yes, it once belonged to the dreaded robojo33. I bought it from him not being aware of his reputation.

 

I also bought a raw copy of Avengers #3 as an apparent 8.0, that came back as a 5.0 blue label from the CGC last week. To his credit, Dupcak gave me a full refund, including postage and grading fees.

 

Maybe he's turning over a new leaf?

 

I'll try to get some better photos up by tomorrow morning once I borrow the use of a scanner.
