Did some looking into this last month trying to get a bead on it.

Available only with pre-orders of Bissette's TABOO #6.

Low print run...? Only one other graded in GPA, a universal blue label.

 

According to Steve, this was a preview/prequel to what was supposed to be an ongoing book by Gaiman and Zuli. But Taboo was cancelled as of #6, and Spider-Baby grafix stopped publication of books shortly thereafter. This was the only published piece representing the first chapter of the never published on-going storyline.
