OT (sort of) watching Profiles in History (spoiler alert!)

Oh my god, when they found that plane that looked like the one from the James Bond movie mounted on a barn roof and the guy asked if he could go on the roof to get a closer look and you weren't sure if the owner would say yes or no, purely riveting. I was on my seats edge. Would the owner let them go on the roof for a closer look? It is just amazing how they can get that kind of suspense on this type of show.

 

In all seriousness, I wonder how long this show will be on TV?

It can be entertaining, but I hate how this guy just randomly throws out....."it could be worth 100k!", and then comes back a day later and tells him it's not worth anything. He does it constantly throughout the show, and he's off the mark most of the time too.

 

Did you see the episode where he looks at the only existing Frankenstein 6 sheet poster, and asks to get it in his dinky auction. Really? Ever hear of a place called Heritage?
