eBay sellers who annoy me - listing MF #69 as Dr Fate's 3rd app, when its 15th

Worthless rant, but I'm annoyed.

Seller on eBay has a More Fun #69 for sale, and has listed it as "Dr. Fate's 3rd Appearance"

Now in all actuality we all know that More Fun #55 is Dr. Fate's 1st appearance, so More Fun #69 would be Dr. Fate's 15th appearance.

(I think the seller was confused to the fact that #67 was Dr Fate's Origin issue)

I e-mailed the seller and politely told him about his error, but he has not bothered to change it or e-mail me back.

Wonder if he's just foolish or is trying to pull a fast one??
