Wanted to share with everyone my lucky score.

 

I was able to snatch up the Sin City Marv page that Mitch Itkowitz of www.graphiccollectibles.com had up a few weeks ago. The picture sucks but I'll fix that at some point. Just one of those rare times when I was quicker than everyone else on the draw.

I had a nice long write up of how I thought Sin City was my 3rd favorite project after Daredevil and Dark Knight. But after reading Ron Sonethal's write-up, my description looked so inadequate in so many ways that I just stuck to the basics.

I agree with you. Miller was really at his best in the first few Sin City stories. I still remember the opening scene when the cops busted in and the ensuing chase/fight scenes. Really great stuff

Thanks for the props. Never thought I would get to own such a great Stevens cover. But was fortunate enough that the former owner was selling at a time when I had the means to make it happen.
