I noted last week I'd be having to sell my whole collection, but at the moment I don't have time to pack and ship a load of books in one go. In fact I don't have a lot of time to anything much, so I'll be dribbling books out in small amounts over a period of time.

 

The price for this book includes shipping, tracking and insurance to the US or anywhere else in the world. For UK buyers deduct $10 from the total, and dealing in pounds sterling works too. The book will ship very well packed on the next nearest working day.
