Hello fellow collectors. I've been dabbling lately in the grading part of collecting and was wanting your feedback on how well I might have hit the mark on this one. My personal final grade for this comic (The Phantom Stranger #22) is 1.8 GOOD -. To others with more experience, am I close? I really appreciate your time and input.

It's too complete to garner a 1.8 I'd bump it to a 2.0 or even a 2.5
