Very solid book with clean edges. on both front and back. Trying to figure what to knock off for the tanning on the B.C. and the inside covers?

No, actually I figured the book would get murdered for the tanning. I was thinking 9.0 but then what the he ll do I know. I got killed in the grading contest with all of those accurately graded slabs.

They don't look tan to me. Just a uniform off-white, which does nothing to the grade.

If the insides of the cover are tanned, I can't tell it in the scan.

No, the inside cover are about the same as the back cover with no difference towards the edges. Pages are about the same too!

If that stress on the bottom staple of the BC is worse than it looks in the scan, then I say 9.2.

Actually thats not a stress mark. There is actually a line on the top and bottom of that staple that faintly carry across the book. It looks like from the roller.
