I've owned this book for almost 30 years, and it's from the "TD" collection... lol

 

Has a couple of long creases on the front cover, and that's a crease (not a tear) on the right side of the front cover in the box with the Fantastic Four...has one long crease on the back cover and just overall wear...pages are off-white and the staples are shiny.
