Signature Series errors/mistakes

I'm not talking about CGC mislabeling or anything like that. I'm talking about getting a book signed by someone b/c you thought they had worked on it, but in fact they had not, but signed it anyway. My "stupid" moment occurred at the last Big Apple Comic Con. Lines were long and the place was CROWDED. Instead of going down to Mr. Neal Adams booth to chat and have him sign the Strange Adventures book I had for him, I went to CGC's booth to sub a bunch of books and have them get it signed for me!! Awesome I thought, I don't have to wait!!

Ended up subbing about 20 books with 4 different forms...they were swamped back there.

I ended up subbing my Strange Adventures 205 hm (1st Deadman)...probably an 8.0 although I don't know yeat as CGC is 3 weeks behind

For those of you that don't know Neal Adams didn't start on Strange Adventures until 206 :sorry::blush:

So, please show me someones a bigger doofus than me (thumbs u :wishluck:

I have Paul Gulacy on a MOKF that he didn't work on. And there are 20,000 Stan Lee's extant that he didn't work on.

You really think it's only 20k? lol

Stan gets a pass since he created the characters. :gossip:

I have a hulk 301 signed by friedrich for no apparent reason although I was able to catch the mistake before it was graded. Luckily Peter David won't sign books he didn't work on or I would 2 of those as well.

As for Stan lee I his signature on tons of books he didn't work on featuring characters he did not create.

I put a Hulk 330 in front of Peter David one time. He acted like I put pornographic pictures of his mom in front of him.
