This one's kinda nice. Another solo highest graded...

Wasn't this once an affordable 9.0 qualified with a detached centerfold?

 

Certainly possible. There isn't a qualified copy currently in the census, so they would have had to mail in the old label.

I forget his name but the fellow from PGC Mint has floated it around for a while. It was a 9.0 Q that sold for $2600 in October 2010. I guess he had the centerfold attached and regraded.
