The scans are actually a little too bright, it's tanner in hand.

 

It's got about ten spine ticks, of course since the cover is mostly white, they're almost imperceptible on the scans. Pages appear to be cream.

 

Small amount of tear at the top staple, about 1/16 of an inch or so.

 

I don't want to say slightly brittle, so I'll say exhibits less tensile strength than normal.

 

Thanks for the grades, but what would you grade it with this info.
