Y'know, I thought of doing that with my 20x X-Force #1's too, along with my 15x New Mutants #100 and 30x X-Men #1 vol 2, but I was afraid she'd refuse to use it and krap on the rug.

I suppose I could take a chance, but maybe put a few issues aside so if she does I can use them to pick up the mess. hm

First thread I see is Iron Maniac shooting off at the mouth about how CGC is a bunch of liars and hostile. Oh and by the way I.M. and hepcat you get from these boards what you put into it,just sayin'

What? Where do I say that? Please show me.

Not only did I NOT say that, I would NEVER say that! You better re-read the thread.

I have no problem with this board and never have. There are a couple of people on this board I have an issue or two with but that is it. Period.

Clear now? Good.

Someone didnt have their ovaltine this morning.

Though I've never met Iron Maniac personally here are some facts: I've read Iron Maniac's posts across multiple message boards since around 2003 or so. Comics Price Guide, STL, Comics Corral, and here on CGC. He's conducted and posted interviews with industry leaders, run multiple grading contests, answered hobby questions for any new members asking, and if he has an agenda it's being a consumer like the rest of us and contributing to hobbyist communities.

Also keep in mind, as great and knowledgeable as the CGC boards are, Ewert-types are also highly attracted to the CGC boards. Time and effort to smooze the right CGC board cliques can provide them cover and a needed veil of trust. Being a "CGC board member" is a highly coveted tool in their manipulation arsenal.

Hmmm.. I see someone else has it right as well.

Post of the Thread! ^^

CAL ever-so-busy :busy:

After surfing around on Comics Corral,St Louis boards, etc these boards are far and away the best.

If you want hostile posts and members back slapping each other try the corral. Its a big no thanks for me.

Thank you all for the many years of enjoyment you have brought me.

Dennis

There are other places where they discuss comics on the internet??? (shrug)

I would take up the Team Clown banner if called upon.

This sentence is just six words too long of being epic.

That's better.

You are sagacious and benignant.

You're not making any sense, bro.

Bill, in all honesty, what?

I swear, I can't follow your humor.

Are you upset? Chastising me? Playing with me? Yanking my chain?

I have no idea what is going on here.
