O Incrivel Hulk #97

Hello,

 

This is the Hulk #97 - Brazilian edition 1990. (Small size).

 

There is tape protecting the staples and also bellow the letter "U" the price the magazine shopt owner wrote (in pencil). Should it be erased?

 

Any feedback you could spare would be great. Thanks

Don't erase the pencil and who the ^%$# put tape across the staples??

Wow, that much of a difference! Thats tough on the two 13 and 15 year old kids that bought the comics and decided to "protect" them from rust and wear. ahah

 

Btw, the tape was put there to protect from damage, not to repair damage

Those kids were myself and my cousin.

 

I have loads of #´s with this. I tried to remove the tape from comic just to test and the tape does peel off without tearing the paper or leaving glue.

 

After removal, you can see the difference in colour on where the tape was

 

Would it be a good option to remove the tape from these comics?

Did I just double the grade of the book with this?
